While I was in Tao Garden, I learned the Six Healing Sounds Technique. It basically consists of a set of sounds associated with each organ that aim to restore balance in our organism. This exercise should be done before going to sleep.
For a while, I dropped this routine, as it hadn’t turn into a habit. I realised that now it’s the perfect time to welcome it back into my life, so here I am, sharing it with you 🙂
I notice an overall body temperature regulation when I do it and I sleep better. It’s like I’m more relaxed and I feel serene when going to bed. I also feel an overall connection with my body and that gives me a sense of belonging and safety. Give it a try and see how you feel for yourself.
