Recipes for Emotional Eating, Diet & Weight Loss

1 – Emotional Relief

Ingredients:

  • Bottle of your favorite essential oil for emotional eating

  • Diffuser

To get the best out of the emotional benefits of essential oils for emotional eating the best way is to smell them. You can either hold the bottle of the essential oil to your nose and deeply inhale the aroma for five minutes or you can use it in a diffuser near you.

2 – Rejuvenating Bath

Ingredients:

  • 5 drops of Bergamot essential oil

  • 2 drops of Peppermint essential oil

  • 1 drop of Cinamon essential oil

  • Hot bath

Add the essential oils to a warm bath and stay in the tub for at least 30 minutes getting the most benefits of the essential oils and the water.

3 – Cellulite

Ingredients:

  • 3 drops of Smart & Sassy essential oil

  • Fraccionated coconut oil

Apply 3 drops of Smart & Sassy to one table spoon of coconut oil and massage it into your body in the spots where fat or cellulite tens do accumulate.

4 – Fat Reducing Massage

Ingredients:

  • 3 drops of Cypress essential oil

  • 3 drops of Grapefruit essential oil

  • 3 drops of Lemon essential oil

  • Fraccionated Coconut Oil

Mix a table spoon of fraccionated coconut oil with 3 drops of each oil. Massage the body insisting in the problematic areas. Note: remember that citrus (lemon and grapefruit) are photosensitive oils therefore you shouldn’t take any sun for 24h after your applied these oils in the skin.

5 – Craving Stopper

Ingredients:

  • 1 drop of Bergamot essential oil

  • 1 drop of Grapefruit essential oil

  • 1 drop of Patchouli essential oil

Add one drop of each oil to a glass of water and drink it two to three times a day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 drop of Grapefruit essential oil

  • 1 drop of Patchouli essential oil

Drink one drop of each oil. You can mix them in advance in a bottle and have one drop of the blend three to four times a day.

You can save these blends for the times of the day when you know the cravings will attack. In this video I also share some possibilities of mixing essential oils and tea.

Note: anytime you’re planning to ingest essential oils make sure you know their source and your trust the quality of the product. Make sure the brand you use allows you to ingest the essential oil. Essential oils are highly concentrated so you don’t need more than few or even one drop to go a long way.
