This meditation was designed to guide you through childbirth. Childbirth, also known as labour or delivery, is a unique moment in a woman’s life. It is the miracle of life happening through a woman’s body. The body knows what to do. All you need to do is trust the body and allow the process to happen.
You can do this meditation by yourself or with your partner as many times as you want. It is indicated to do throughout pregnancy and especially in the last trimester. The more you do this meditation, the more you are ready to enjoy the moment your baby is born.
