How to Recover Your Sense of Smell

When I had Covid, I completely lost my sense of smell. Often undermined, the sense of smell is quite powerful as it is directly connected to the part of the brain that triggers emotions and memory. It is immediate, so generally we are not even aware that a specific scent was responsible for having us remember a certain memory or access a specific feeling. 

It was a great shock for me to be “blind” from my nose. I investigated a lot on the subject and I used a technique a doctor shared. Within a few weeks I recovered this sense and here’s the solution I used:
