Have you ever noticed how love makes us want to be better people? It inspires the best in us!
Being in love gives us an unprecedented feeling of being infinite, of being invincible, of being in an absolute state of joy. We feel powerful beyond measure and everything just seems to be lighter and funnier. All those little things that used to annoy us, suddenly just amuse us and we accept them as being part of this wonderful existence. It’s like we have a happy song constantly playing in our heads. How awesome is that?
Often being in love is taken as being in love with someone, but it can (and it should) be about being in love with ourselves and being in love with life. It all starts with being in love with ourselves, for the moment we decide to start a romance with ourselves, we are in love forever!
So this Valentine’s Day, I’d like to share with you this Qigong flow in love, a routine created by the amazing Marisa from YOQI, one of my favourite Qigong Teachers. This routine was designed for us enhance the love from within and fill ourselves with it, rather than endlessly trying to attract it from the outside.
I would also like to share with you essential oils particularly great to celebrate love.
And since cinema has always inspired the human being to raise awareness and vibration here’s a list of movies for Valentine’s Day.
To finish, what best than the right soundtrack, after all:
“After silence, that which comes nearest to expressing the inexpressible is music.”
So here’s a list of songs for you to celebrate love today and every single day!
Stay in love! 🙂

However, I think living someone else is very human and can help us feel that love. My theory is that when we love someone we actually realize what we are: love
