Mindful Monday



Each Monday take a moment to relax!

From 18:30 to 19:00 GMT+1 you can breathe deeply and realign your brain using scientifically proven techniques to relieve stress and anxiety.

Each session is different and they all consist of:

  • Conscious Breathing
  • Observing the Mind
  • Self-Massage
  • Gratitude Exercise
  • Guided Meditation

Value per session: 5€

Taking a moment for yourself is the best way to start your week!
