Meditation

As Dr. Joe Dispenza repeatedly says “You can not see the way out of a challenge if you are looking at it every day from the same level of mind, emotions, thoughts and feelings of the past. Meditation is a way for you to move beyond your analytical mind.”


Meditation is one of the most powerful weapons we can use to sustain our balance and health. I have been using it continuously for the last years and the way my life has changed it’s beyond words. Peeling off all the layers of emotions and looking at myself and at the world around me from a new perspective, it wasn’t always easy, but it was/is one of the most rewarding things of my life. To feel that I can actually change, and consequently to see changes in the world around me, if I just still my mind every day and simply observe the events and circumstances without charging them with the energy of my emotions is a powerful experience that fills me with inner peace.
