Qi Gong is the act of nurturing health, nourishing life force energy by coordinating body movement with breathing. It is meditative and it both cleanses and strengthens, stimulating the circulation of energy. Face Qigong is a way to keep the vitality of the face as well as to stimulate certain meridians in the body, therefore it is perfect to start the day fully refreshed and energised!
