What I’ve Been Learning With Gabriel Gonsalves

I came across Gabriel Gonsalves in October. I was fascinated by his work and I dove into his resources. Gabriel is a Heart Intelligence Coach with a very reassuring voice that immediately quietens your spirit and it’s perfect for meditation practices, carrying you to a space of serenity and peace. He also has amazing tools in his website that are very supportive in the self-development path and I particularly like the way he explains the origin of core words we use and how those roots explain the meaning of the word.

Since I felt like Gabriel’s vision was so aligned with myself, I’ve decided to study with him in the Heart and Mind Consulting. In Gabriel’s own words “the heart generates the largest electromagnetic field of your body” and this is totally aligned with the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. “The Path of the Heart” is being authentic towards ourselves as human beings and looking deeper into our condition physical, mentally, emotionally and spiritually towards Emotional Self-Mastery. We have been so disconnected from our emotions – and therefore from our heart – that we often feel broken in two or more fragments. Emotions are our compass in life and if we can’t read and interpret them, if we don’t know how to accept and surrender, we feel more and more resistance, more and more dis-ease, more and more lost. Connecting with our heart, following The Path of the Heart means becoming whole again and through Emotional Self-Mastery we learn to re-connect with ourselves.

I have been learning a lot with Gabriel, but mostly I am learning about how to assist and support myself moving deeper into self-acceptance and self-love. I learned powerful mediations such as the Witnessing & Tracking or the Heart-Coherence, a groundbreaking healing method based on the 3-2-1 Technique and the power of the creation of Vision Declarations, not only for our Vision and Guidance, but also as a way for managing our own Energy Budget.

Gabriel’s method is based in his own inspiring life experience. Two incredible books form the basis of his practice: Letting Go: The Pathway of Surrender by Dr. David Hawkins (perhaps the best book I’ve ever read) and Perfect Love, Imperfect Relationships: Healing the Wound of the Heart by John Welwood.

I couldn’t be more pleased to be studying with this Heart Intelligence Coach and feel like I am doing more for myself than I’ve ever done before. Thank you Gabs!
